Additionally, please enable **notifications** in your phone settings to receive instant alerts for brand-new positions and real-time updates from your recruiter. ### **Access & Security** - **How do I log in for the first time?** If you apply to any of our **HW Staffing Family of Companies** online or respond to one of our job postings, you will automatically be sent a text message to download the app. Alternatively, you can scan our QR code to download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play and sign up that way. - **Can I use the app on any device?** Yes, the app is fully optimized for both iOS and Android smartphones. - **Do I need a password to log in?** No! The app is designed for a seamless experience with no passwords required to get started. All you need is your email address. **(The email address is case sensitive.)** - **Is my personal information secure?** Absolutely; we prioritize your privacy and use secure technology to protect your pay stubs and contact details. ### **Jobs & Communication** - **How do I find jobs near me?**  Explore our mobile job board directly in the app. For the best experience, choose **"Allow Location Access"** when you first download the app. This allows the system to accurately find opportunities in your area. - **Can I message my recruiter?** Yes! Once your recruiter initiates a conversation with you, you can respond directly within the app to keep your job search moving forward. While talent cannot start a new conversation, you can easily reply to any message or update sent by your recruiter. - **How do I get early access to new positions?** By using the app, you will have access to our mobile job board and get matched with brand-new roles. To get instant alerts, please ensure your **location services** and **notifications** are enabled in your phone settings. ### **Pay & Personal Info** - **Where can I find my pay stubs?** Your pay stub information is available right at your fingertips within the app's secure interface. Click on **"Home"** and **"Pay"** - **How do I update my address or phone number?** You can easily update your personal information and contact details at any time through your app profile. ### **Tips for Maximizing Your Success** - **Activate Your Visibility:** Choosing **"Allow Location Access"** is the most important step to ensure we can match you with local opportunities right in your neighborhood. - **Stay in the Loop:** Enable **Notifications** to get an immediate heads-up the moment a recruiter reaches out or a new position opens that fits your skills. - **Keep Your Profile Current:** Regularly check and update your personal information and contact details in the app to ensure recruiters always have your most up-to-date details. - **Respond Promptly:** When you receive a message from a recruiter, try to reply quickly.
