### AI and Automated Recruiting Practices Notice
##### **HW Family of Companies is committed to a fair, transparent, inclusive, and responsible recruiting process.**
As part of our recruiting and hiring activities, we may use technology, including artificial intelligence ("AI"), machine learning, algorithms, and other automated or AI-assisted tools, to support certain aspects of the recruitment process.
Depending on the position, location, and stage of the recruiting process, these technologies may assist us with activities such as:
- organizing, searching, or reviewing applications and resumes;
- identifying information regarding an applicant's skills, qualifications, experience, or other job-related criteria;
- matching or comparing applicant information with job requirements;
- scheduling interviews or communicating with applicants;
- administering or evaluating job-related assessments;
- summarizing applicant information or interview materials; and
- supporting recruiters or hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making recruiting or hiring decisions.
##### **Human Oversight**
Where AI or automated tools are used to support employment decisions, HW Family of Companies is committed to using them responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. Unless expressly disclosed otherwise as permitted by applicable law, our intent is that AI and automated tools support, rather than replace, appropriate human judgment in employment decisions. We periodically review our recruiting processes and the technologies we use with the goal of promoting fair and job-related decision-making.
##### **Fairness and Equal Employment Opportunity**

##### **Notice, Consent, and Applicant Rights**
Depending on applicable law and the technology being used, you may receive additional notice before a particular AI or automated tool is used. Where required by law, we will also obtain consent or provide applicable rights relating to automated processing, access to information, human review, reconsideration, or other available alternatives.
